Chandler’s place was amazing! It is within close distance of all the cool sites Nashville has to offer. It was nice to have a private bed/bathroom to come back to after a long day of exploring. Everything was clean and the place had the perfect amenities. Book now and stop looking!
Chandler’s place is really a gem. It hits all the marks. The place was spotless, private, well thought of, soft sheets, great location, and safe. A top notch place. Above all Chandler was easy to communicate with, great hospitality & had amazing recommendations for my active lifestyle. Next time I’m in Nashville, I’ll be looking to stay again.
The place was great and a short Uber away from Broadway. We had a great time on the rooftop and it was a great place to end the night with the fire pit. We would reccomend it to any of our friends!
One word describes these accomodations: “wow!” Everything was super clean and well maintained. The place is centrally located to some cool spots in East Nashville. My wife and I had the pleasure to meet Chandler and his wife, Kimberly, and pick their brains on Nashville. They are incredible hosts and really a great couple. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we are in the area! Very high recommended.

The shower is like something out of a music video and the bathroom is just stunning. The private room is nothing short of phenomenal. That bed is so comfortable that you don’t want to leave and the sheets have the perfect thread count. He could easily 4x the rate with so much value his place has to offer. It’s super convenient to all of the Nashville hot spots. Communication is super fast and A+. Five stars all day!!!!
We stayed at this unit over the weekend and were blown away by how amazing it was: great location, great amenities, great rooftop view of the city, and very clean/modern. Chandler was also an amazing host and replied right away, making sure our stay was as perfect as possible. I will definitely book this spot whenever I visit Nashville again!
This place is amazing! We stayed here for a week, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. The location is close to downtown and the great eateries, bars, and entertainment in Germantown. We also loved being able to walk to Marathon Motorworks for coffee at The Barista Parlor and visit the shops in the area. Chandler and his wife were great hosts and they did a phenomenal job with making this place feel like home. Well decorated, clean and who can’t pass up a rooftop deck with an awesome skyline view. I used to live in Nashville and this place made me feel like I was home again!
Everything you could imagine, walking distance from the local food courts, a quick Uber from Broadway and an amazing view from the rooftop overlooking Nashville. 100% best place to stay in the Music City.
